TERMS: Reservations for the Neon Money Club Cream American Express Card (“Cream Card”) are made available to you by Neon Money, Inc. d.b.a. Neon Money Club (“Neon Money Club” or “Neon”). In order to successfully reserve, Applicants will need to qualify for the Cream Card by submitting information to be used for identity verification and a soft credit check. The soft credit check will NOT result in an initial impact to the Applicant’s credit bureau report. A hard credit inquiry will appear on the applicant’s credit bureau report only at the time the Applicant accepts their pre-ordered Card. Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to qualify. Applicants who are approved to pre-order, will be notified at the time of approval and again when the Card is ready to be accepted and shipped. Upon receiving the Cream Card, we expect customers to enjoy benefits such as Amex Offers, Presale Ticket Access and Global Dining Benefits, while receiving rewards points on all purchases.

Each individual member will earn up to 800 bonus points (+200 bonus points for every member added to the group) after paying their bill each month.
